Hence it is advisable to go for a card printer which have an easy operating learning curve and which doesn't require much technical expertise. At the end of the day you would want to choose a card printer on which your employees and you do not need to waste much time learning to operate.

The first one is mass transfer printing. If suppose you want to print bar codes or machine-readable text wherein the printing colour used is mostly black this process is perfect as it doesn't require much accuracy. However, if you are looking for printing photo-realistic images or using colour, then dye sublimation which is the second process could be a good idea. Not only is it precise but it is popular as well.
